Bebo’s Halkat Jawani’s similar to Chhammak Chhallo?

Okay here are some pictures of Bebo’s item number Halkat Jawani from Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. The saree she is wearing is of course by her favourite Manish Malhotra. Now the point is that had Manish made blouses for her in bulk, since she is wearing exactly the same blouse in her ‘Chammak Chhallo’ song from Ra.One. Only the colour is different. Also, the saree looks quite similar.(check 2nd pic)
