Gagan Narang, Kapil Dev, A R Rehman

Numbers seem to be “playing” an important role for India at the Olympics.
And it’s the team of 3, 6, & 9 which is doing all the difference. “India” adds to 3, while “Bharat” to 6. Also, Gagan Narang (6th May, 1983), who was the first Indian to hit the bull’s eye with a bronze medal at the Olympics, is a double Number 6. His birth-date & Zodiac sign (Taurus) both are ruled by Number 6. Also, his name adds to 30. And coincidentally, he won the medal on the 30th too.
In the past too, Number 6 Kapil Dev & A.R. Rahman (both born on 6th January) have made Mother India proud; one with the first Cricket World Cup & the other, with an Oscar!
And considering the fact that India is heading in its 66th (6+6=12; 1+2=3) year of independence & that too, in 2013 (2+0+1+3=6), it looks like a good year ahead for the nation.
